Magnificent Pierre Balmain velvet diamond pattern silk burn out dress. Created exclusively for and sold in his Boutique in Paris in the late 1970's. The velvet diamond pattern is throughout. The gown is sheer throughout as well. A black under-dress completes it. Dress features beautiful cuff sleeves with two large round embellishments encrusted in rhinestones. Simply Magnificent! Sleeves close via two snaps hidden in the cuffs. Zipper runs along the length of the dress about mid back. Dress has hook and eye at top to complete close.
